Need percentile division

If the P/E Ratio is higher than 70% of the column sum product, I would like it to be named 1. If the ratio is lower than 30% I would like it to be named 0. I have attached the spreadsheet for clarification. Thank you!

    Re: Need percentile division

not being in the stck exchange field, could you please explain a bit more what you want? where if the info coming from, how do you "select" it, what do you do with it, and where does it go?

in short...please supply some examples of how you arrive at what you want, so that we can be in a better position to help you?

note: i have already noticed that in sheet 2, column C, you have shortened your other sheet names. this will potentially make referencing them through a formula problematic
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
