Queuing - If a cell in column A is 15 (only the first), the next values should be 0.

    Hi again guys

    Another hurdle on the road.

The attached file is an extract from a larger ark. I'm trying to make service counter 2 open, when the queue at service counter 1 reaches 15. When this happens, the next customers should all go to the service counter 2, until the number of people queuing at counter 1 and counter 2 has aligned.

    In other words..

When column B hits 15 for the first time:

The cells marked with purple should all be 0 until queue 2 has reached the same level of people in queue
Furthermore queue 1 should not be limited to 15 customers as now, when having opened counter 2.

Hope you can help me out..
