Need to match and highlight cells with similar (not same) data

I wonder if anybody out there will get me out of this hole...

2 columns
column A contains several lines of text
column B contains one line of text

I want to search if any of the values on column B occur in column A; if so, highlight such cell(s)

Example spreadsheet is attached.
