Clipboard in excel

This annoying popup has just started to appear everytime I try to move information from one cell to another. I have cleaned my computer clearing out the cookies and clipboard. So how can I stop it pinging me everytime I do this type of work.

Try uninstalling the Skype browser add-in from your computer ("Click-to-call" I believe). Reboot then try again. If you need the add-in, you can download a newer version from their website.
