Excel 2007 : Template stuck under Ribbon . Can't reach minimize, expand or close buttons. Cant move.

Hello to all Excel gurus (and you are).
I need help out of this embarrassment.
One of my Templates opens up with the top ( the part with the name and the minimize, expand and close buttons on) tucked under the Ribbon or the formula bar, as the case may be.
I can't lower or move the file about the work space because I can't reach the top with the cursor.
I am sure it has a very elemental solution but for me is like being blind in a sandstorm. Completely lost.
Can anyone guide out of this problem?
