Matching 2 columns on 1 worksheet with another 2 columns in another worksheet...

Hi all, first time here.. Hope you can help me.. here's my dilemma..

I'm trying to match data from two columns from my worksheet and two columns from the data range, then I get the result in column F (the 1st purple one) of my 1st tab…

What im getting is that it's only recognizing the name of the rep and the schedule for Monday (which is 9am) but it doesn’t recognize Tues (which is 11am) and the other days.

My data range table is named “schedules”.

To get this formula to work I basically need it to ask to match the 1st column with the 3rd column of the 1st tab with the 1st column and 3rd column of my data range table to give me either a 9am or 11am according to the matches on column E from the Data range table..

My data range table looks like this: see the part I highlighted..

Now, what Im trying to do is to get the value per day of this person’s schedule. So, my value would say “Peggy Cruz and Mon = 9:00am… if it says Peggy Cruz and Tue = 11:00am.

Here's where my dilemma is: Column F where my value should be. FYI, This part of the file is actually in the 1st tab named "4.1.2012 - 4.15.2012"
