    Hi Dilipandey,

Thank you for your reply, my file plan has 5 sheets ( 4 visibly working). I want all the results to reflect on the “Daily sheet”,

    Say for Cat1;
On the 18th of Apr, I have received survey result which I want it to feed automatically in the Daily sheet same as the below (this, however was entered manually)

Please refer to the attached. Thanks so much ~$ Dili Pandey.docx

    Hi Pash09,

If I go to category1 sheet and take the average of C3:C35 which are there on the right side of 18th April, the result is 16... how are you getting 14?

    Hi Pash09,

I have figured out the dates which you have are all text... column B in the sheet "Phone".. though the format is appearing to be dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm am/pm.
Any chance you could correct those, else will insert a new column which will pick up the date from column B and then this column will be used to get the desired average. thanks.

Re: SUMPRODUCT would it help to gather daily average and daily total from other sheet?

unfortunately, the dates are automatically downloaded/extracted from the system which I generate the report from.

If you could just add up another column (will just hide it anyway) that would really help. Thanks so much

Aside from the average, could we also pick up a formula for the total result receive in a day?

Say for 18th of April, average is 14 and total respondents where we got the average from is say 38.?

    Thank you really.

Re: SUMPRODUCT would it help to gather daily average and daily total from other sheet?

    Hi Pash09,

You can use the below formula:-
    =AVERAGEIF(Phone!$C$3:$C$366,Daily!C2,Phone!$D$3:$D$366)
    Dilipandey(1).xlsx

Before this, you need to include one extra column in each sheet - like I have included in Phone sheet. thanks.
