Is it possible just to put in your Sheet 'June 2012' Cell C15 this?
    ='May 2012'!M15

Subsequently in Sheet 'July 2012' Cell C15:
    ='June 2012'!M15

    And so on...

Is this what you are looking for? Or were you looking for VBA or such to do this automatically for all the sheets?

SCLai , Thank you, it does seem to be working. I didn't use the quotes around the sheet name (May 2012) before. Thank you so much for your help.

Oh, the quotes are only necessary when your sheet name has one or more space in it.
    E.g June 2012

If it doesnt have any space in it, then the quotes can be done without
    E.g June2012
