matching Items, quantity and price from 2 diferent sheets

Dear all, one of my job is to audit data implimented on two diferent system.
I want to match item code to quantity and sales amount in each of two sheets, and I want to catagorize them at 3 levels
1st no matched item
2nd matching item but diferent quantity
3rd matching item, matching quantity but diferent price

is this possible to do?

A way to do this, is using these 3 Formulae. One for eatch requietment.

Then, use Auto filter and if you want, copy-paste as 3 different lists.
