Ctrl End, will take you there. Not necessary will be the last used cell and column as there may be some active cells that do not have data.

As Ron said, CNTRL + End will take you to the end of your used range.
CNTRL + Down Arrow will then take you all the way down the spreadsheet and
CNTRL + Right Arrow will take you all the way to the right, the very last cell.
OR you could enter XFD1048576 into the name box and hit ENTER

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
