reference problem

Hi, please help me on this:

I need 1 formula for finding 2 items in the row, where they can appear more than once and returning their relative positions as array. Match finds just first time they appear and doesn't show when they come 2nd time. So it doesn't work. Any help?? The workbook is attached. Thanks in advance.
