Drop Down List To Bring Column Data to Current Worksheet

I want to create a drop down list that will bring data from multiple columns to the current worksheet for a list selection.

Situation:
I am creating a food nutrition workbook. On one tab I have entered all the nutritional content for protien sources.
For example, Column 1, Column 2, Column 3 = Protein source, Calories, Protein, Iron = Bison, 107, 24, 45%

I want to be able to create a drop down box on a different tab to select say bison. When I select Bison I want all the data to come into the current tab.

How can I do this?

What topic is this in excel? Does this even exist? There must be a way to do it.

I know how to create a drop down box. I do not know how to create a drop down box that will pull all the information to teh current work sheet
