Outlook Calendar export. MAX/MIN on conditionally matched range.

Like others I'm sure, I need to parse the exported Outlook calendar data for earliest and latest appointment times.
I am trying to building a table that interrogates the data and works out overtime committed.

I am struggling with formula to extract the maximum and minimum time values for matching dates whilst ignoring rows with a second and third criteria. I've tried nesting IF's using AND, I seem to be struggling to find the correct combination.

I have tried searching but couldn't find anything close to what I needed. Perhaps I wasn't searching for the right terms/functions.

The picture below is from the attached spreadsheet that contains sample data and my attempts at formulas.

I've only just found this forum and would I'd really appreciate any advice/help/pointers anyone can give.
