I have been looking everywhere for a formula or something that can tell me the difference between two date time stamps in hours.
Ex: 5/12/2012 12:00:00 PM and 5/13/2012 01:00:00 PM
I would like it to return the value in hours.
For the example above the answer would be 25:00:00
Is this possible?
=B1-A1 and format as [h]:mm:ss

Awesome....I had the [h]:mm:ss format for the dates and not the results! Thanks so much!!!! I knew it was something simple!
Start time - end time formatted as h
