Excel 2007 : Vlookup formula not working

I'm trying to do a very simple Vlookup formula, but the value isn't showing in the cell, the entire formula shows in the cell. What am I doing wrong?

=VLOOKUP(D10,G3:H6,2,FALSE)

You want it to put large next to the company? Type company A in D10 it will bring large up.
