    Cell Fill based on times

    Hello,
I am looking for assistance w/creating a schedule for multiple employees. On sheet1, I have their name/start/lunch time/lunch durration/end shift times in seperate columns. I sheet2, I have a grid for the full 24hrs and broken into 15 minute incriments, and a drop down for the employees name. What i am trying to do, is based on the drop down, it will fill out the grid based on their times in the columns on sheet1 and mark them with a "L" for the lunch period and "X" for the working time. So as an example, employeeA starts @ 1200, has lunch for 1hr @ 1600, then is off shift @ 2100. The grid will mark the cells coinciding from 1200 to 1145 with "X", then 1600 to 1645 w/"L", and then again from 1700 to 2100 w/"X". I am also creating a form, that will add in a break and mark the cell w/"B". This is done afterwards to allow even break scheduling. I am having a problem just having it map out the schedule based on the times and marking it in 15 minute incriments. In general and trying to have it simular to outlook for scheduling but just in excel, this will allow me to export it to sheets based on the day for the team to view. Any help would be appreciated.

    Additional Info:
    Sheet1
    ColumnA
    Name of employee
    ColumnB
    Start time
    ColumnC
    Lunch Time
    ColumnD
    Lunch durration
    ColumnE
    End shift

    Sheet2
    ColumnA
    dropdown for employee name
Columns B thru CS its the hours for the day starting @ 00:00 to 23:45 the cells are representing :15 minutes

the cells based on ColumnA will refer the sheet1 for the times on ColumnB,C,D,E and mark the cells on Sheet2
