Two images in a single cell

Find the attachment of the ddpress excel file. I want to add two images in one cell i.e If I select "single acting" in cell B37 I want an picture of "single acting" to be displayed in cell B38. If I select "double acting" in cell B37 I want an picture of "double acting" to be displayed in cell B38. What to do..? Please Please help me.
