Pivot table question

Hi,

On my pivot table

1. If I want to change a number of values from "Number" to "Count" is there an easy way? I know that I can go in to parameters and to it individually, however its not practical.

2. Also if I want to choose say 10 fields to go into the values section on a pivot table can I do this without having to do it manually? Doing it manually is not practical either...

When you say doing it manually - Do you mean manipulating the source data or changing it in the Pivot Table Field settings??

When I say manually, I mean dragging individual items. I am looking for an easier way than dragging 10 items down one-at-a-time

Yep, that's my issue. I can drag individual items, however my question is, how can I drag 20 items at a time?
