Excel 2007 : New to Excel....Please help!!

Hi everyone,


I like to thank you in advance for helping me.
It might be easy for some people, but I can't figure it out how to do it.

If C2 and D2 has value and E2 does not I want to automatically add both in F2 but
If C2 and E2 has value and D2 does not I want to subtract both in F2
