Paste to first available Cell B7

I have 5 tabs (1-5) on the 5th tab I want to copy A2:D2 and paste it to the first available Cell B7 in the other tabs.

Example:
If B7 in Tab 1 has something in it,
then check B7 of Tab 2, if nothing in B7 of Tab 2, then Paste Values Only.

If B7 of Tab 1 and Tab 2 Has something in it,
then check B7 of Tab 3, if nothing in B7 of Tab 3, Then Paste Values Only.... etc

MUST BE VBA
