Hi,
I have created a drop down menu to select names. The data list contains 42 individuals but the drop down menu only shows 38...Is this an Excel limit? Any way around this? Thank you.

I don't believe there is a limit in Excel 2003. How do you have the list set up?
written into the Data Val box?
referenced cells in the Data Val box?
If the first, I recommend the second. If the second, check your data Validation box to make sure it references your entire list (i.e. Q1:Q43)

It should show all 42, I think.
