Junk data in excel work sheet

Some thing went wrong with my Excel sheet, and because of that now i am getting only junk data in the whole sheet. how to get back my original data.

It is a simple numerical data in table with some arithmetic formulas

When do you get the junk?

when ever i open the file, in fact originally, there were 3 work sheets but now i am able to see only one sheet with junk data

What do you do with the data?

As i mentioned the data contains very simple calculation.
