Data connections have been disabled message - but no data connections?

Hey, when I open a particular workbook, I get the "Data connections have been disabled" message, but when I go to Data - Connections, no connections are listed. Why does this message come up if there are no connections? How do I see or delete any connections in the workbook?

Also, in VBA, ActiveWorkbook.Connections.Count returns 0.
