Count Number of Fulfilled Ranges

Hi again,

After some time I realized that my previous post (post) left me to come up with a follow up one time formula to count the number of facilities that had all their units completed.

Hopefully this one can be answered just as quick as the previous post.

If you are referring to column E, then...

=COUNTIF(E2:E12,"Yes")

Does this work for you?

Unfortunately not.

Column E essentially relates to the facility in Column A, if I get 5 "Yes" in say range E2:E6 for "Facility 1", then the total should equate to 1.

I have included a new sample sheet that depicts the scenario. The count here should equal 2 as Facility 1 and Facility 3 have there units complete.

How about in column F

=IF(A1<>A2,IF(C2=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$12,$A2,$E$2:$E$12,"Yes"),"Yes","No"),"")

and then you could use the Countif to count the "Yes".
