Can I allow users to add data, but not delete formulas?

I am making a workbook and would like to be able to protect it so that users can put data in open cells, but not delete any formulas I have added to other cells within the same sheet. Is there a way to do this?

One major thing I would like to do is make it so that users CANNOT add or delete rows or columns. However, I still want them to be able to add data to the existing cells. Is that possible?

    Thanks!

    Yes,

First unlock the cells in which you want people to enter values (Format, Protection and untick the 'locked' option.

Now protect the whole sheet (Format, Protect Sheet)
