Excel 2007 : help to auto rename cell

can any help me to rename a cell text what other text in excel2007 or 2003 or 2010

example : a have many cells whit name "455" and i need to change whit this name "cost"
and other text is "euro" and i am need to change whit "dollar"
and i have many text to change
if you help my please give my full cod script in vba for change 5 text in excel
