Help! Switch from Office 2007 to Office 2010

    Hi,
I've recently had our IT dept update my office.
I'm having problems with setting up reports as my dates are being read differently but I've already set it up on English UK language.
Did I miss a step so this will be the automatic default for all reports.
Need my files in English UK language.

    Thanks,

    Khristine
