Well, it is in reality an Excel spreadsheet - I just put it up for view via Google Docs incase someone were afraid of macro viruses or whatever.
I don't think your questions are particularly relevant to this forum and I'd say that an accountancy forum would be more useful unless of course there is someone able to help you here.
