Hi all,
I was hoping you could help me the following case. I have set up spread that basically sees whether a we can meet a specified date or not ( in this case i am using weeks). However, my basic conditional formatting fails when i change into the new year.
The below formatting works provided you dont jump into a week in the next year. For example, lets say B1 is contains the week 52, and A1 is 1 or 2 for the following year. In this case A1 is greater then B1, but the formatting recognizes that it is less than, formats it the wrong way. How can i go about making my formatting smarter while still retaining the date in WEEK form.
basically, the cell turns green if A1 > B1 (specified date).
turns yellow is A1 = B1
and turns red if A1 < B1
Thank you so much for your kind assistance,
Br,
Povl
