Creating a pivot table with multiple data sources

Hi, I need a pivot table that combines 4 quarters of information. I tried using the pivot table wizard to consolidate ranges but it did not seem to work as one range differs from the others.

I need the pivot table to first split FM and SM
Then under each of those I need it to count how many PGY1, PGY2, PGY3, PGY4, and PGY5 in each quarter
Then I need it to calculate the total sum of training months for each PGY level.

I have attached the spreadsheet with all the information, as well as on sheet 1 I made what the pivot table is supposed to look like, but it only includes quarter 1.
As soon as I enter Quarter 2, 3, and 4 info, it doesnt seem to be counting the data properly and also makes the report look sloppy.

I want it to look just as is on sheet 1 but with all 4 quarters included.

    Hi tiggynook,

As you have included traininglevel, similarly you need to include traininglevel2, traininglevel3 etc...

Where??? If I put it under "row labels" it looks sloppy and doesnt make sense...
If I put it under "values" it doesn't seem to be counting it properly

    Hi tiggynook,

I have arranged them in pivot and they are looking fine to me.. regarding number not matching, you need to research on data and their filter criteria on pivot.
