Get the nearest value

Hai!
i am new to this
pls help me following problem

i am having a table with Month wise average price of each item
i take the average price of each item for a given month using look up function.
But sometime some month for some item the average price is zero.
so that i need to get the next available month average price of that item if it is zero for the given month.
I am struggling with doing this..

I THINK YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND.
What i need is:
I have a sheet that contain consumption average prices of item.
some month if not consumption is not there then the average price become zero.
So i need to get the given item average price.
sO.IF A given month average price is zero then i need to get the next available month's average price instead of that.

This one give you the result of the exact match.

My problem was solved. But i am bothering about the what u did there. I know these formula separately.
But i could not understand the what u did there.
Can you kindly give the [B]argument you used here.
