Hi, I'm new to the forum, so please excuse me if I don't give all of the correct info!
I am creating a spreadsheet in Excel 2003, to show the results of a quiz night. I have managed to get all the data sorted, but to make it look a bit fancier, I wanted to plot a line graph, showing the position of each team round by round. I have created a table which finds the team's position and inserts that information in the appropriate round (see the attached example sheet - this is just a demo rather than the whole workbook that I have created). The problem that I have is that I won't know until the evening, how many teams there will be, and I obviously only want the chart to have a line for each team, not the blank teams at the bottom.
I have tried to create a dynamic named range and then to use that info to plot the chart, but either I am being dense or it is a lot more complicated than I imagined from reading various tutorials. If anyone can offer any advice on how to solve this problem, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Jon
