Excel 2007 : How to View Same Cell Row (Chart Title) on Each Page

In visiting the Page Layout window, and going to Sheet tab then the "Print Area" _________ and
then "Rows to Repeat at Top" _________. What values are we supposed to enter so we can have a designated row for example row 1 to be viewed on each page ?
