extract the data from sheet 1 to sheet2 based on conditions

Dear all ,

in sheet 1, i have 2 columns with data, namely x and y,
all are numbers
x can have any numbers, while y has only two numbers either 0 or 1

in sheet 2, i would like to collect the data in the following way,
for every zero (from y column of sheet1), i want respective data of x and 30 data's below it.

i was trying with if and vlookup, didnt help me so far
can anybody help me ?

I have attached the sheet.

In Sheet one

1 st column has dates
2nd column has values
3rd column has codes

in sheet what i want is ?

from sheet1, for every code 1 in 3rd column sheet1
i want all the values from that date and 30 days afterwards too.
Like this i want data for every one.

it can be that for the first 1, the values can be transposed in 30 dates in sheet2,
but transposing, i can do it manually, important is extract the data from sheet1.
