excel 2010 interactive calendar??

Hi All

I'm hoping somone might be able to point me in the right direction.

I am in the process of creating a event checklist for my local motorbike club and am trying to incorperate a timeline / calendar that will automatically update when the dates are changed within the checklist.

In all honesty i havent the faintest of how to get around this issue and would be greatfull for any infomation

You've posted this in an Access forum, though your screenshot is from Excel. It would be easier to post an Excel file to work on rather than a picture. Please describe what you want to end up with.
