Security Breach - Excel 2010

The above link has a capture of my Add-Ins dialog box. Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 are very strange and have been on my system for a couple of months now. I delete them but more come. I am concerned that this is a security threat. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I wouldn't worry about it, probably just system files
