Vlookup or Macro?

Hi,

I am not sure what I need to do here a vlookup or possibly a macro.

I have included an example spreadsheet. I would like to look at column C2 and lookup the number in column G. If the coorresponding cell in H is listed as a project then I would like to change what was listed in Column B2 to Project1 otherwise Project2. And on down the list.
Any assitance would be appriciated...

But why do you care about Column G?

Yeah I guess I didnt explain properly.
What I would like to do is...I would like to look at column C2 if the number is listed in column G then check if the coorresponding cell in H is listed as a project then I would like to change what was listed in Column B2 to Project1. If the number in column C is in column G and is not a project then list as Project2. If the number in column C is not in column G then do nothing.

I went ahead and changed the attachment to more clearly reflect what I would like to accomplish.
