Select range from "bottom up" and use formula in macro

    Hi

Does anybody know how I could go about selecting the bottom 20 rows on a worksheet that is added to regularly and most of those cells contain
    formulas in their own rite?

I have a number of independent spreadsheets approximately between 10 and 20 columns across; A new row is frequently added and for many of the worksheets I have to copy the bottom/most recently added columns off to another worksheet for further analysis. Using VB or formulas how do I set something to select the most recently added 20 lines?

Any ideas appreciated, once selected I've got it from there!
