Createa a packing label based on data in Row selected.

Sorry, just getting started with using excel for anything more than simple calculations.... so please bear with me and I'll try to get my question explained. I have a list of production schedules which are exported from another software. I would like to create a 'link/1-click' method for printing a packing label utilizing the information in the row.

listed bellow is my automatically generated list. I would like to create a label utilizing a among other standard information (company logo, address... exc.) the P.O. #, Part #, Qty, and revision.

PO # PART # Qty REV Due Date:
    50324281 311859 15 B Mar 5, 2012

I'm looking for the best method for creating such a form. Is it best to create another sheet in the workbook, and somehow reference the cells required.

    Macro? Hyperlink?

If you can reference me to another thread addressing similar situation I can try that as well.

let me know your thought / questions.

    Thanks

Create a label on one sheet then populate it from the data sheet with VLOOKUP
    Hope that helps.

    Thanks RoyUK,

That was my initial thought, but I'm struggling with....

if there are multiple rows of the data, how do I populate the single form with the data from the specific row required... make sense?

    Much appreciated

    Hello,

Sorry, I got sidetracked for a while. I've attached a simplified sample of the spreadsheet discussed. I would like to click on a box in the "Russel Tab" and include the P.O. , Part, QTY from that row into the "Packing slip" .

    Thanks for all the help.
