    Count

    I am attaching a file.

    I want to count the No. of values belongs to range 1-5 and 6-15.

    Please suggest suitable function.

    I am using excel 2002 version.

    or with out sumproduct

    =COUNT(INDEX((B1:B14)/((B1:B14>=1)*(B1:B14<=5)),))
