Break up Addresses with no space

I had someone export there contacts from Outlook and I believe they did not separate the fields as the address came through in one line i.e.

"888 S.W. Fifth Avenue
Suite 1250
PortlandOR97204
United States of America"

Is there a way to break this up correctly.. they are all hard returns so there is no space to look for... the only thing i have managed is to remove the zip and state. I need it to be street address (with suite number ok), City, State, Zip dont really care about country

The attached workbook shows how you can split these up - column E is a helper column, so doesn't belong in the address file (you can cut/paste it to the right and the formulae should adjust). I've assumed that your zip code is 5 characters.
