    Wink Macro or Index/Match?

In the attached file on the tab "Behaviors" I need to create something where when I put in a number score for a specific behavior in the highlighted cells, it pulls the verbiage from "behavior data" matching the behavior to the cells to the score and the verbiage right for that score. I tried an index match and it wasn't working... Am I going about this the wrong way?

Basically, when i put in a score i want it to pull the relevant info from the other sheets in the cells under the behavior on the "behaviors" tab.

NOTE - I replaced the actual verbiage with letters just in case its not ok to post in public, information is a lot more.

hi ytrehguodleinad, u may see if this works for u. changed abit of your stuff:
    - merged cells dont work with array formulas, so i Center Across Selection instead
    - added a helper column in Data to combine 2 fields for my lookup
    - your "Thought " in the Data has an extra space, so i got rid of it

    *pls see DanQuality.xls
the other file was wrongly uploaded
