How to create Line chart by date. Newbie thank you

I need to create a line chart (graph) that has 1,2,3,4,5,6 on y axis... dates over 1 year on x axis... And I have 10 seperate data lines to graph. (ie. sample#1, 2.5 in Jan., 3.7 in Feb, etc.... Sample #2, 1.4 in Jan, 2.1 in Feb, etc..) Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate it!

Here is the first 2 samples... They have different dates, it's not always the 1st of each month...
