    Excel wants to change my "x" to "*" in a formula?? Why?

    Here is the formula:

    It says I have an error in my formula and the recommended correction changes "x" to "*" in all four places in my formula (which obviously won't work). Any help? Thanks.

    The operator >= must be itself enclosed in quotes, then followed by & to concatenate the formula result...
