Being able to Center a checkbox in a cell

First question: I don't know if there is anyway you can make it linked to the center :/ (It works for me when I just move it around, you might also uncheck a option so you can move it freely)

Second question: If you don't want to use VBA you can right click on the check box and choose; Format Control(bottom option when you right click on the check box) and from there control
Then set the to Not controlled and choose a cell (see the picture i attached)

If you want it to return the value 1 you can use a formula, you can also use another column and hide it so they can't see the true and 1 :
