Lookup Specific Value based on the Criteria

    Hello,

Attached is my attempt to lookup a value based on three criteria, psig, diameter, and ft to give a specific lb/hr. Currently I am able to specify diameter and ft at a specific psig to get lb/hr. What formula is need to include psig in the search?

    Try:

    =INDEX(B5:F41,MATCH(N6,A5:A41,0),MATCH(1,INDEX((B2:F2=M6)*(B3:F3=O6),0),0))
Where there is a will there are many ways.
