I'm designing a day to day appointment intake diary for a vehicle training company.
I have attached a screenshot of the set up i have below to simplify things.
The dropdown menu's is of the instructors and the cells below will be of the appointments and customers they have that day.
In the cell next to CBT i want to make it that the user can either enter Y/N:
If Y is entered all the cells in that instructors columns for that day will turn red which means there not available for appointments.
If N is entered all the cells will turn green which means they are available for appointments.
i plan to use autofill to add as many additional days as i can while bringing the formatting with it.
how would i go about this?
i'm still quite new to excel so be as detailed as possible.
I really appreciate any help i can get!
