    Inormation from one sheet to another

    I have a workbook that has sheets for each day of the week. I now need to make another one to compile some of the information. I need a formula that will allow this new sheet to go back to one sheet and if there is a value in column A i need it to return the information from that row columns A, B, and C.

    It is setup up as A is a product number, B is the weight, and C is the amount of product. So if there is a product number listed I need these 3 numbers returned. There are breaks in column A so i only need the ones with any value.

    Thank you for any advice you have.

    Here is one page from my workbook. This is my Sunday page and I have one for every day of the week. What I need now on a separate sheet would be just the information from columns A, B, & C.

    I'm not sure what you wanted but attached is a summary worksheet that references worksheets Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat.

    The basic formula is =SUM(Sun:Sat!cell_reference) {ie =SUM(Sun:Sat!B7)}

    See attached:

    This is getting there. I need the summary to only include the information for the daily predicted information. I do not need the actual or difference. I will have one employ fill out the information and then send the projection summary in an email to another person. The other person does not need all the information. Just info from A, B, AND C. thank again

    It is close; I just don't need all the extra information on that summary page. I'm trying to think of a way to explain the image in my mind. Maybe if I state what exactly I'm doing. This workbook (all days of the week) is what a department is going to use for the company I work for. They are going to project what item they are going to make each day of the week and how much of each item. The sheet I'm trying to make is for our sales department so they can see what that department is planning on making and try to sell the product. For this Sales sheet I just need the item #, # cases, and weight for each day of the week. There are extra spaces under each subheading (i.e. grinding, polyclip, etc), but they won't all necessarily be used. So I just need a formula stating: if there is an item number listed then that item number pulls to the sales sheet with the case and weight information as well. However, if the item# area is blank (not in use) then I don't need that blank space to pull to that sales sheet. I just want it to look as clean as I can so the sales people don't have to look at any information that does not pertain to them. Does that make sense? I could post an example of my sales sheet if you need it?

    Why can't you delete the information you don't need?

    Try this:

    It would work for me, but this workbook is going into the hands of the production manager and he will fill it all out (the projected side) at the beginning of the week. I was hoping to then get a list of all projected items on that sales page because he will then just send the sales page only to the sales employees. He would consider it to be 'too much work' if he had to go and delete all of the information that is irrelevent. I'm almost just thinking that a copy/paste is what he is going to have to do. Either that or what you had suggested.
