Values in User defined functions change when I change values in other workbooks

I think I might be getting crazy.
In sheet one, I have a couple of user defined functions getting data from other sheets.
example: =fetch(a2) which gets value from sheet#a2 in cell J1. Very very simple stuff.

However I have a second workbook open. Whenever I change something in that workbook, my functions break down and the values change to #VALUE!

I don`t have anything linked to one another. I can`t figure it out.
I lost 2hrs trying to understand...

    Please Help me

    Re: The Weirdest thing ever

    Welcome to the forum.

Thread titles are used in searching the forum so it matters how they are written.

Your title does not conform to the rules you agreed to follow.
    Here is Rule #1.

Use concise, accurate thread titles. Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change the title of the thread, click EDIT on the original post, then click the Go Advanced button, then change the title. If two or more days have passed, the EDIT button will not appear, and you need to ask a moderator to change the title.

Please correct your title to comply with the rules, afterwards others will help with the solution.
