    Vacation Accruals

    Hi,
Isn't there a simple worksheet calculating number of weeks, number of hours x the 40 hr accrual rate at 1.60 totaling the number of vacation days due and the number remaining?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Are your accruals based off of years of service or does everyone get the same flat rate? What date do you use to start the count of weeks (Jan 1)? What is the end date (12/31)?

    Hi Steve,
Two weeks the first year...After 5 years they earn 3 weeks and after 10 the 4th week is paid with no time off for the 4th week
All accrue 1.60 per 40 hours Start Jan 1 and end is 12/31
